Zachary Porcu

Zachary Porcu earned his BA in Philosophy and Classics from California Baptist University, did post-bachelor studies in Classics at UCLA, and did his MA work at Trinity Western University in Philosophy, History, and Literature. He earned an Master of Philosophy degree from the Catholic University of America followed by a PhD in Theology and Religious Studies, specializing in church history with a focus on late antique patristics. Zachary has been teaching a wide range of humanities courses – from Homer to the Bible – to college and high school students for the last five years. He posts a selection of his class lectures on his YouTube channel, along with short, informative clips on topics of interest. He is the author of Thinking Like the Ancients: A Catechism for Modern People, a short book on sacramental theology, currently seeking publication.
